The project is located at the junction between Beiling Main Street and Ningshan Road East, sharing the frontage of the Golden Corridor at the north of Huanggu District in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. The development site adjoins Shenyang Project Phase I.

Situated at the Century Boulevard of Pudong District, the heart of Lujiazui Financial District, 21st Century Tower is next to the Nation’s tallest Shanghai World Financial Center and the famous Jin Mao Tower.

The building is intended to be redeveloped into a Ginza-type commercial centre with upscale food and retail outlets. It has a GFA of 13,000 square metres.

This building has a GFA of 35,000 square metres and is planned to convert into an upmarket 21-storey office tower with a retail podium.

The development consists of two towers - one for offices and the other for residential units - built on a three-storey podium with two basement levels, offering a GFA of approximately 63,000 square metres.

Phase I of the project consists of an existing 35-storey tower comprising office, serviced apartments and a hotel.

The project is designed as an up-market western-style villa project and has a total of 187 villas, together with a clubhouse of 7,200 square metres.

Huapu Centre Phase I is a mixed office and retail development located in the prime commercial and business district of Beijing.

The project is of residential and retail usage with a GFA of 32,000 square metres.

The Shengyuan Centre consists of a nine-storey and an 18-storey office towers each with parking facilities in a three-level basement, and provide a GFA of 43,000 square metres.

The Group completed the sale of the land parcels in January 2016.

SOCAM entered into a joint-venture agreement with a partner in October 2012 for the acquisition of this residential development project in Wuqing, Tianjin, with a total GFA of approximately 158,000 square metres.
