The Job:

• Responsible for prepare, develop and implement BIM project to facilitate the construction process
• Utilize BIM applications to improve the project efficiency, communication, coordination, management and streamline project delivery time, cost and quality assurance throughout the BIM life cycle of the projects
• Supervise the work of BIM modellers in BIM implementation, and carry out the duties of a BIM modeller if necessary
• Assist and support the BIM Manager in BIM collaboration and coordination with the Employer, consultants, contractor, subcontractors, suppliers and others in construction team to meet the objectives of the project

Requirements:

• ​Higher Diploma or above in Construction related disciplines
• Minimum of one year practical experience in BIM projects
• Practical experience in using Revit and Navisworks is highly preferred
• Knowledge of other softwares such as C#, Unity, Dynamo, Fuzor, Lumion 3D
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of BIM Engineer
